New Client Notes:
I hope you’ve heard good things about my proofreading, but we’ve never actually worked together before. Because of this, I will apply a discount of $0.10 per page (150 page maximum) to the first job that I accept from you. I’ll send you a preference sheet (including whether you prefer BGGP, Gregg, or Morson) and then we’ll work accordingly. Every relationship has to start somewhere, right?
Scheduling Notes:
Turnaround times given are for jobs with 200 pages or less. Larger jobs may require an increase in turnaround time.
Pages with more than 25 lines per page may require an increase in turnaround time.
All times are subject to availability. Please allow for my confirmation.
Transcript Condition Notes:
It is anticipated that each transcript has been properly scoped. If there are excessive errors (example: more than 1-2 errors per page on more than 75% of the pages), a $0.10 per page additional charge may be added to the rate. I will notify you if this becomes an issue.
Highly technical material requires more research to determine accuracy. There may be an additional $0.10 per page charge for testimony of this type. I will notify you if this begins to affect a large percentage of pages.
Minimum Charge:
There will be a minimum charge of $15 per transcript.
